Overview of Yoga for Men
The Yoga for Men (2013) has been designed specifically for Men by Men. With the focus on keeping the body in excellent physical condition. Use this Yoga for Men routine in addition to your regular workout or weightlifting routine to help build strength faster and achieve a total body workout. If you have a sports related injury, Yoga for Men can help in your recovery, and help to prevent further injuries through proper stretching and more strength.

Yoga for Men Routine Design
The Yoga for Men routine is 50 minutes long. This routine is created and presented by Jake Panasevish, who is a certified vinyasa yoga teacher with over 400 hours of training. Jake created this routine based on his personal experiences overcoming sports related injuries and the overall goal of achieving excellent physical condition.
How the Yoga for Sports Series was Born
The Yoga for Sports goal is to create exceptional yoga video and audio routines for a wide range of sports and activities.
We, like many of our customers were unable to find yoga routines that were really great. By great, we mean a routine that can be done many times over and still be beneficial. We found that many routines included redundant and excessive poses that were not really designed to be done with that sport or activity in mind.
Our routines will help you get into the zone more quickly, stay focused longer, and get you the stretch you need.
